6 key steps to success
The order can be adjusted according to the maturity and criticality of the territory.
These recommendations should be adapted according to local issues and specificities.
Step 1
Conduct a property inspection
Involve your stakeholders in the analysis phase.
Analyze through the lens of the 17 SDGs (RFSC, SDG Mapping, SDG-4D Radar...).
Clarify the issues and local specificities.
Step 2
Defining a shared vision
Integrate the concept of sustainability into the vision.
Example of a vision: To make Aix-en-Plaire a green city with innovative and unifying solutions co-created with citizens, for the well-being of all and the preservation of the planet.
Redefining the values and mission of the community.
Determine strategic directions.
Step 3
Identify objectives
Identify quantified and dated objectives, involving Finance, citizens, internal community processes and human capital.
Quantify the expected results, in relation to the 17 SDGs.
to create a strategic map, an overview of the objectives with a visual dimension.

Set the indicators
